Who this covers

PlayZiBOARD is an internal workspace for PlayZi teams. Accounts are created by invitation in Playzi HR. This app does not offer public sign-up. This policy describes how PlayZiBOARD handles information for people who sign in.

Information we process

• Account details from your company record: name, work email, company, and role.
• Sign-in details: email and password, or the Google account you choose. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in PlayZiBOARD.
• Work you and your teammates put on the board: workspaces, boards, lists, cards, labels, checklists, comments, assignees, schedules, project plans, activity, and notifications.
• A short company directory so you can see colleagues by name, department, position, and role.
• If you tick Remember this device, your email is saved in this browser only. It is not sent as a separate profile.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show the boards and people you are allowed to see, keep work in sync for your team, and send in-app and email notifications about that work. Email is delivered through Brevo. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use board content for advertising.

Who can see it

Access follows your company and your workspace membership. A workspace is visible only to its members. Changing a workspace still requires membership. Colleague details come from a limited directory, not from payroll or other HR records.

Sign-in is provided by Supabase. Google sign-in is provided by Google when you choose it. Those services process the credentials needed to complete sign-in.

Cookies and local storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your theme choice and, if you opt in, your remembered email stay in this browser. Clearing site data signs you out and removes the remembered email.

How long we keep it

Board content stays while the workspace exists and your company keeps the account. When a workspace, board, or account is removed, the related PlayZiBOARD records are deleted with it. Authentication records follow the company account in Playzi HR.

Your choices

You can turn off Remember this device, sign out, and reset your password from the sign-in page. To correct your name, role, or company access, or to close an account, contact your company administrator. PlayZiBOARD does not create accounts on its own.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date on this page will change. Continued use of PlayZiBOARD after that date means the updated policy applies to your account.
